I'm getting into macro photography too . . . did you use a light tent for this? The lighting is so soft and even!

Hi Henry,

This one was taken in midday sun where theoretically it should have been too bright. However, I shot it in RAW so was able to adjust the lighting a little. I also shoot in manual so havve more control.

This was outside, and no tripod - handheld - so it was one of those 'lucky' shots that simply had everything going for it, despite the conditions of shooting.

However, I do have a steady hand and a lot of my macro sshots are hand held - maybe I should have been a surgeon?
