Santorini Sunset

Buy Now

I never thought sunsets like these were real, until I experienced them myself.  Always thought that photohop had played a part. This is straight out of the camera.  That huge ball of orange seemingly melting into the sea.  Amazing!

Strp, Montenegro

Buy Now

Beautiful coastline of Montenegro. This was taken at Strp, between Dubrovnik and Kotor. Fabulous weather, fabulous scenery. We had a wonderful tour guide through Cheap Dubrovnik Tours. For 160 euros, we got a guide, who was full of really interesting information, personalised tour, and as photographers (there were three of us), we could stop anywhere we liked. It was a full day of 10 hours of absolute delight. Well worth it. On that tour, I took over 400 images, which I've managed to whittle down to 167!

Helsinki Sunset

Buy Now

Somewhere between Tallinn, Estonia, and Helsinki, Finland on the ferry, I experienced the most amazing sunset. The water was like glass, not a breath of wind, and the colour of the sky reflected on the sea was as you see it here. Magical.

The Winter Swim

Buy Now

Minus six C, and these two as part of their Outward Bound course had to dive off the jetty after a 21km half marathon. Coldest and heaviest frost this winter, and that white stuff on the jetty is ice. Very foggy as well so no warmth in the sun. Madness I say!

Anikiwa

Anikiwa in the Marlborough Souunds, New Zealand. This is where the Outbound Bound is run, great for outdoors with sea, bush, walks, and getting down to nature. A fabulous place for photography especially at dawn when its really foggy like this magic morning.

Into the Fog

Canon 7D, 10-22m Lens

Early morning at Anikiwa in the Marlborough Sounds. The jetty shrouded in fog made an interesting subject to photograph. Freezing cold, minus 6 there was still ice on the jetty when we got there.
