That is a bizarre contrast of ideas. Took me a while to realise what it is. It's like a mixture of something alien from outerspace, or some bacteria or some sort of cooking gone wrong! Aunt Edna's mushy peas with olives. Or perhaps the green eyes of a martian staring at you! Ha ha.
But at the same time it has a nice abstract feel to it and the colour is pretty neat. So it is disturbing and pretty at the same time. Certainly wakes you up!
Revisiting - still looks like aliens to me!

Thank you for the picture... beautiful...exactly the detail I was looking for. I'm working on a lotus sculpture and I just needed the right inspiration to tackle the seedpod design. It will be easy now.
