We had a day in the Plitvice Lake area and walked the whole park. It was amazing, just as you turn a corner you think you can’t see anything possibly more beautiful than the last corner, and each time you are proved wrong. This area should be one of the 8th wonders of the world!

This is a beautiful landscape somewhere between Dubrovnik and Split. The most amazing vista, beautifully green, and the clouds – were simply amazing. We later got heavy rain, but I’ve never seen clouds quite like this.

Dubrovnik is beautiful. I loved wandering round the old Town, and in particular walking the wall at near sunset, very late afternoon when some of the heat of the day had passed. The colours and scenery were a treat for the eyeballs.

A Locked View
